Our goal is to open
ecoblu spa & salon
by the end of December. All services will remain at
Oasis Day Spa until the time of opening in the Market
Heights Center. We will update the website to help keep you
informed of the progress to include: new menu, hiring
opportunities and opening details. Any gift
certificates and prepayments will still be honored at the
new location under original policies. The phone number
will remain the same so please feel free to call us with any
questions or to reserve appointments.
We are excited to a part of the Aveda team and combine their
industry experience with our vision and talent to bring you
the best in spa and salon services.
Information
Our
goal is to provide professional, friendly services in a comfortable
environment. Therefore, the spa is unable to accommodate children
under the age of 12 unless they are receiving services.
Children under the age of 18 must have written consent of
parent/guardian for services.
Appointments
Being on time for your appointment will ensure you receive
your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to pre-register for your
service and relax in our lounge with a cup of herbal tea.
Credit cards or Gift Certificates are required to hold
ALL appointments.
Gift certificates must cover the amount of the entire
appointment and are
subject to the same cancellation policies.
Cancellations/No
Shows/Refunds
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations
of multiple services and at least 4 hours notice for
single services. 50% of the service will be
charged for cancellations after the cut-off period.
No Shows and cancellations within one hour of service
will be charged for the full amount.
All refunds will be made in
the form of store credit.
Gift
Certificates & Packages
Beautifully designed gift certificates are available for
in monetary amounts. Orders may be placed over the
phone or on the website. We will mail the
certificate for you at no extra charge. Deliveries are
available for an extra fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
